DESIGN BUILD

IFCM has specialized expertise in forming design/build teams that concentrate on complex technical projects including renovations, plant expansions and new commercial facilities. 

Our design/build team performs all architectural engineering design and construction services, which often is teh simplest and most economical approach toward project completion.

Value engineering, an element of the design/build strategy often improves project quality, while reducing operating expenditures and construction costs. Utilizing computerized systems for Project Management, Scheduling, Estimating, and Job Costing, we maintain a high level of control over each project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Operating as construction manager, IFCM manages the administrative functions of a construction project. Under this type of agreement, IFCM is exclusively accountable to the owner, protecting the owners interests at every stage of a project. The construction management method allows us to manage pre-planning, design, engineering and cost control. Budgeting, bidding, and construction may proceed along with design development.

TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Specializing in zero to minimal down time, IFCM performs Tenant Improvement (TI) work with strict adherence to project timelines and specifications. We have completed numerous projects that range from simple office space build-outs to demanding telecommunications infrastructure expansions. Each project is given specific attention to detail relating to design, budget and timing.

Before any TI work starts in occupied spaces, we meet with the building occupants to address their concerns. By scheduling around the client activities, and modifying our work practices, IFCM manages safety, noise, dust, and traffic control to ensure a minimum amount of disruption to your ongoing business operations.
