The Fortune 500 Financial Institution Client Services project was a fifty thousand square foot custom tenant improvement, which combined two existing offices into one new regional office. Similar to the proposed project, it was a non-retail banking center, had phased installation, and a fast turnaround requirement.

The project schedule and timely completion was extremely critical due to lease requirements and the need to vacate the existing spaces leased by the Fortune 500 Financial Institution. IFCM managed the project with multiple superintendents dedicated to managing subcontractors who worked two daily shifts, six days a week to achieve timely completion.
