The JPMorgan Chase & Co. Tower Generator Addition project had several common elements to the proposed project, including unique phasing requirements, heavy and delicate equipment, off-hours and weekend construction, and daily successful coordination with municipal officials.

The project included coordinating with various City of Phoenix, State of Arizona, Federal Aviation Administration, and other public entities, as well as the JPMC lines of business. The project included IFCM air-lifting, placing and installing a 1000KW standby generator, a 110-gallon diesel fuel support base, and a 1000KW load bank.
